21 Day Leadership Program for Youth (aged 16-18)
This program is perfect for motivated, mature, young people aged 16-18 who are seeking to uncover and develop their leadership talents within the framework of an unforgettable whitewater adventure on the Missinaibi River. This program accelerates leadership development and helps young people begin to uncover their own possibilities in a fun, exciting and supportive environment. The curriculum has been powerfully designed to assist youth in securing the confidence and skills to work cooperatively with others and to approach new obstacles in their lives with a spirit of optimism.

Outdoor Educator Certification Program
45 Day Certification & Training Program for Adults (ages 19+)
Unlike any other, the Outdoor Educator Certification Program through Leaders of the Day is the perfect ignition experience for those interested in launching a career in experiential or adventure-based education and for those keen to develop the required skills to become a proficient wilderness or expeditionary Instructor. The program’s many expeditionary workshops; certification modules with industry specialists; opportunities for peer teaching and review and its’ unique in-course Leadership Practicum undoubtedly put it head and shoulders above other experiences out there.

Life Compass Program
28 Day Renewal Program for Adults in Transition 18-29
Need a jump-start in life? What are my strengths? What do I need to know about myself to succeed? What can the wilderness teach me? This program is designed for younger adults looking to discover or renew a vision and purpose. While learning to focus on the journey and follow your heart, you will also acquire valuable outdoor skills, test yourself on challenging whitewater, and acquire a set of unique certifications including Whitewater Rescue Technician Level 1 and a Level 1 Raft Guide Certification. Join us for an extraordinary journey of self-discovery and adventure with a group of adults on a similar pilgrimage to find the direction of their life compass.
